Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Dental Dose. We create educational resources to help students, interns and clinicians learn smarter. Please read our refund and cancellation rules carefully before making a purchase.


1. Digital Products (eBooks, eHandbooks, Notes, PDFs)

All digital products sold on dentaldose.in are non-refundable.

Once a file is delivered or downloaded, it cannot be returned. Therefore we cannot provide a refund, replacement, or exchange for any digital item.

Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you face any issues with file access or download, you can contact us and we will assist you.


2. Membership (Monthly Subscription)

Dental Dose Membership provides weekly digital content (infographics, deep-dives and cases).

2.1 Refunds for Membership

Membership fees are non-refundable, whether partially or fully.

If you cancel in the middle of your billing cycle, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining days.

2.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription anytime from the Razorpay or payment confirmation page.

Cancellation will stop future auto-renewal. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.


3. Failed Payments or Duplicate Charges

If your bank or payment provider has accidentally charged you twice:

Email us at dentaldosehelp@gmail.com with your order ID and screenshot.

After verification, refunds for duplicate payments only will be processed within 7–10 working days back to the original payment method.


4. Content Delivery Issues

If you did not receive your digital file or membership content due to a technical error:

Provide your order ID or payment screenshot

We will promptly resend your files or restore access.


5. Physical Products (Printed Books)

For physical products such as printed books, returns are generally not accepted once the order has been shipped or delivered.

However, we will provide a replacement in the following situations:

• The book was damaged during shipping
• The book received has a printing defect or missing pages
• An incorrect product was delivered

To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID
• Photos showing the issue
• A brief description of the problem

After verification, a replacement copy will be shipped to you.

Refunds are not provided for physical books once shipped, except in rare cases where replacement is not possible.


6. Changes to This Policy

Dental Dose may update or modify this policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
