All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays. If there is a delay due to high order volume or operational reasons, customers will be notified via email.
2. Shipping Coverage
Currently, Dental Dose ships within India only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Shipping Methods
Orders may be shipped through trusted courier or postal services such as:
• India Post
• Private courier partners
• Logistics platforms such as Shiprocket or similar providers
The shipping partner may vary depending on the delivery location and service availability.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location.
Typical delivery timelines are:
• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days
• Remote areas: 5–10 business days
These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may be applied at checkout depending on the delivery location.
If applicable, the shipping cost will be displayed before completing the purchase.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number may be provided through email or order confirmation so that you can track the delivery status.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of checkout.
Dental Dose is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for resending the order.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement as per our Refund & Replacement Policy.
If a package is lost during shipping, we will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
