3. Physical Products

Users may cancel auto-renewal anytime through the Razorpay payment interface or the payment confirmation email.
Membership Access
Membership content remains accessible only during an active subscription period. Once the subscription expires or is cancelled, access to member content may be removed.
5. Payments
All payments on Dental Dose are processed securely through Razorpay or other authorized payment gateways.
Dental Dose does not store credit card numbers, debit card numbers, UPI credentials, or banking details.
All transactions are processed according to the security standards of the payment provider.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation rules differ depending on the product type.
• Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
• Membership subscriptions are non-refundable after activation.
• Physical products such as printed books may only be eligible for replacement if they arrive damaged or defective.
