Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in the Dental Dose Membership?
You receive weekly study sets: 3 clinical infographics, 3 deep-dive explanations, and 1 case of the week — a total of 7 items per set. We publish 4 sets each month.
When will I receive my first set after joining?
You will receive Set 1 within 24 hours of payment confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
I joined late. Will I get the previous sets?
Yes. Every new member starts from Set 1. New members receive sets in chronological order (1, 2, 3, 4…), regardless of the current month.
If I continue membership next month, what happens?
You continue receiving the next sets in sequence. Example:
Month 1 → Sets 1–4
Month 2 → Sets 5–8
Month 3 → Sets 9–12
If I stop and rejoin later, do I start over?
No — you resume from where you left off. For example, if you stopped after Set 4, your next set after rejoining will be Set 5.
How will I receive the membership content?
Membership content is delivered directly to you via email or WhatsApp.
Is the payment auto-renewed every month?
No. Membership is a monthly, non-recurring payment. Members may choose to renew manually at any time if they want to continue receiving future sets.
Do I need to log in to access membership content?
No login is required to receive membership content — we deliver the sets to your email/WhatsApp after purchase. However, the site’s Exclusive Content area is visible only to users who log in.
Can I access previous sets later?
Yes. All sets that were delivered to you remain accessible — you won’t lose access to sets you already received.
